The amounts of fried pasta work

  • Marmara pasta bag or any kind you prefer
  • 1/2 cup colored bell pepper, diced
  • Optional: a cup of vegetables cut into small cubes (potatoes – zucchini – broccoli)
  • chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 cups of boiling water
  • A cube of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • A pinch of each (dry coriander – garlic powder – onion powder – cumin – black pepper)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

How to make fried pasta

  • Put the oil and the pasta in a saucepan over the stove and fry until golden (stir constantly so that all the pasta is browned evenly)
  • Add the chopped onion to the pasta and fry it, stirring constantly, until it withers a little
  • Add the spices, the chicken stock cube, the colored pepper, and the vegetable pieces, and stir all the ingredients until they are homogeneous
  • Add about 3 cups of boiling water until the water level is about two and a half centimeters higher than the pasta
  • Cover the pot and leave the pasta on a medium heat until it absorbs the water a little, then stir it lightly and leave it on a low heat for about 10 minutes until it softens
  • Serve fried pasta with chicken breasts and enjoy with your family a wonderful and special lunch
