There are many recipes to prepare, but today we brought you one of our favorite and successful recipes.. Here is how to make Kentucky Fried Chicken with the secret seasoning. Serve it with coleslaw salad and enjoy a special lunch with your family.

Ingredients for Kentucky Fried Chicken

To marinate the chicken

  • 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces (or 1 kg chicken drumsticks)
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Kentucky Fried Chicken

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of starch
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • One tablespoon each of (paprika – black pepper – thyme – garlic powder – onion powder)
  • 1 teaspoon each of (salt – chili – turmeric)
  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of starch
  • A small spoon each of (salt – tom powder – onion powder – thyme – turmeric)

How to make Kentucky Fried Chicken

  • Wash the chicken pieces well, make several holes with a sharp knife in each piece so that the marinade penetrates into the chicken tissues.
  • In a deep bowl, put 4 cups of water and two tablespoons each of (salt, vinegar and sugar) and stir well until the ingredients dissolve in the water.
  • Put the chicken pieces in the mixture and soak it for a whole night in the fridge until you get a great result
  • Rinse and drain the chicken from the marinade, then prepare the Kentucky Fried Chicken Secret Marinade
  • Mix in a deep bowl: flour, starch, baking powder and spices (black pepper – thyme – garlic powder – onion powder – thyme – salt – hot pepper – turmeric), add a cup of water gradually with continuous stirring until you get a thick mixture that resembles the texture of a pancake
  • To prepare the coating mixture: put the flour, starch, baking powder and spices (salt – turmeric – thyme – garlic powder – onion powder) in a food bag, close the bag and stir well until the ingredients are mixed
  • Put two pieces of chicken sleeve in the liquid marinade mixture until it covers it from all sides, then lift it up and put it in the food bag in the covering mixture, stir it well, then take it out and put it on a plate
  • Repeat the previous step with the rest of the chicken
  • Heat a lot of oil for frying in a deep pot until it covers the chicken completely during browning
  • Toss the chicken in hot oil over high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Take out the Kentucky Fried Chicken pieces from the oil, drain them and serve them, and enjoy their wonderful flavor with your family

How to make Kentucky Fried Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce or ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons of salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of (black pepper – garlic powder – paprika – chicken spices – thyme)
  • A pinch of ground cardamom
  • A pinch of sugar

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 small spoon of (garlic powder and onion powder – black pepper – thyme – paprika – chicken spices)
  • 1/2 cup of water

A cup of flour + half a cup of starch

How to prepare

  • Wash and clean the chicken breasts well, then cut them in the shape of fingers
  • Put the chicken in a deep bowl and add the hot sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic, thyme, chicken spices, paprika, cardamom and a pinch of sugar. Stir the chicken in the spices well until all the ingredients are homogeneous, then leave it in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • To prepare the mixture: mix well the flour, starch, baking powder and spices (salt – black pepper – paprika – thyme – chicken spices – garlic and onion powder), then add water and stir the ingredients until you get a thick texture for the seasoning.
  • To cover: Mix a cup of flour with half a cup of starch in a bowl
  • Dip the strips pieces in the liquid marinade until it covers them from all sides, then lift them up and put them in the covering mixture until it covers them, then put them in a dish
  • Place the strips in the refrigerator for an hour, until the marinade hardens
  • Put the chicken strips in hot heavy oil and leave them on medium heat until golden
  • Remove the fried Kentucky Fried Chicken strips from the oil, drain them and serve them, and enjoy their wonderful taste
