It is one of the easy recipes that do not require much effort and is characterized by a delicious delicious taste and gives the body the energy it needs, especially in the winter season.

Components of Royal Masoub

  • 1 cup brown flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • ¼ cup of oil
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 bananas
  • ½ cup of bee honey
  • Cream packet (200 grams)

Modus operandi Masoub royal

  • Mix white and brown flour with salt in a deep bowl, then gradually add oil and water to them, while continuing to knead the mixture until a soft, cohesive dough is formed.
  • Leave the dough to rest for half an hour.
  • Divide the dough into small equal balls, and on a clean, smooth surface sprinkled with flour, roll each ball into a circle using a rolling pin.
  • The bread circles are placed on a hot sheet or tray greased with a little oil and flipped on both sides until cooked over medium-high heat.
  • Bread is crumbled into small pieces in a deep bowl, and bananas are mashed in another bowl.
  • Put the crumbled bread with the mashed bananas in a frying pan on the stove for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until it becomes a paste.
